We know why the seat is open, what the hiring manager is really looking for, and what will get a candidate cut. A job board gives you a posting and a submit button.

Advocacy.

When your resume lands through us, it comes with context. The hiring manager knows you have been vetted, that your interest is genuine, and that comp fit has been pre-qualified. That is not the same as competing in a stack of two hundred applicants.

Offer support.

When an offer comes in, we negotiate on your behalf, manage any counter from your employer, and help you through resignation. A job board cannot do any of that.
